Dispatch & Delivery

All of our orders are dispatched worldwide from our warehouse in the Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia. We offer both domestic and international shipping.

Orders will be shipped the same day if we receive them by 11am, Monday - Friday, Brisbane time (AEST - no daylight savings). Orders received after 11am will be shipped the next business day.

Merchants ships to almost any address worldwide, and we offer complimentary shipping on all Australian orders over $200 AUD, all US orders over $200 USD and on International orders over $300 AUD.

Tracking details will be automatically provided via email when your items are dispatched. Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking to register in the carrier's system. 

During sale periods, peak season and/or within a few days of a collection release, there may be slight delays in shipping. We will endeavour to get your order out to you as soon as possible and appreciate your patience during these times.

Please note that we are unable to ship to P.O Boxes outside of Australia.

Made to order

Good things take time, and we occasionally have items available that are made to order

We will provide you with a rough date for when we’ll ship your order, but these aren’t 100% guaranteed and delays may occur. Rest assured we will send off your purchase to you as soon as it has reached our studio, and you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

By purchasing a Pre-Order item, you agree to the following conditions:
Pre-Orders cannot be cancelled once purchased. Please wait to receive your item before arranging an exchange or refund, if necessary. If you are purchasing multiple items together with a Pre-Order piece, we will ship the other items first and your made to order or Pre-Order piece once we have received the item.
